United StatesThe product was very pretty on the model but my experience was very dry, crumbling on my lips no velvet at all came on basically within (I ate*)to be fair 30mins. I used as directed, I also asked someone who brought it same experience with dry and crumbling.
Anonymous, Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with our lipstick. Here are a few things that may be help. 1.) Please keep in mind that oils will remove the product. When eating foods with oils or grease the integrity of the lipstick will begin to breakdown which can lead to crumbling. 2.) Matte lipsticks are inherently formulated to be dry to the touch. Natural lip moisture retention will assist with over drying. Try exfoliating and moisturizing your lips 30 minutes prior to lipstick application. We appreciate your business and valued review.
